We invite you to attend our annual Awards Banquet and Silent Auction held from 6:00 to 10:00 PM on Thursday, May 1, 2008.

The banquet provides a great opportunity for students, faculty, professionals, and families to come together for an evening of recognition and enjoyment. This year’s splendid event will be held in the Grand Ballroom at the Cliffs Resort. Mingle with industry and schools during cocktail hour; place your bids on fabulous items at the Silent Auction; honor students, professors, and industry professionals during the Awards Ceremony; and enjoy a delicious gourmet meal to live jazz.

Tickets are only $40 and include a salad, main entree, side dish, dessert, and tea and coffee. Students, please contact Poly Pack to register for the discounted student rate. It is sure to be a wonderful night; we hope to see you there!

EVENING’S MENU

COCKTAIL HOUR
Domestic and Imported Cheeses with Assorted Breads and Water Crackers. Beverages available at a per drink price.

DINNER
All meals include fresh baked rolls and butter. Coffee and tea are available by request.

SALAD: Spinach with dried cranberries, sugared pecans, crumbled goat cheese, and citrus shallot vinaigrette

STUFFED BREAST OF CHICKEN: Oven roasted boneless breast of chicken stuffed with prosciutto, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, pesto and artichokes topped with a pesto cream sauce w/ garlic mashed potatoes
